AjumiFlow Terms of Service

By subscribing, you agree to:

- Authorize recurring payments where applicable
Failure to pay may result in limited access or suspension of services.
- Pricing Changes

- Additional Storage
Organizations that require additional file storage beyond the limits provided in their plan may request expanded storage directly within the platform or contact the AjumiFlow team for assistance.

- Data Ownership
Users retain full ownership of all data they upload, create, or store within AjumiFlow.
However, by using the Service, you grant AjumiFlow a limited, non-exclusive license to:
- Store and process your data
- Display data within the platform
- Enable platform functionality and automation
- Maintain backups and system operations
We do not claim ownership of your business data.
- Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property related to AjumiFlow, including software, architecture, design, branding, and system components, remains the exclusive property of Ajumi Networks.
Users may not:
- Copy or reproduce the platform
- Reverse engineer or modify the system
- Create competing products based on AjumiFlow
- Resell or redistribute access without authorization

- Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
AjumiFlow and Ajumi Networks shall not be liable for:

- Business interruptions
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Third-party system failures
Total liability is limited to the amount paid by the user in the last 12 months.
- Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AjumiFlow and Ajumi Networks from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from:

- Violation of these Terms
- Breach of data protection or security responsibilities
- Unauthorized activities conducted through your account
