AjumiFlow Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of AjumiFlow, a software platform owned and operated by Ajumi Networks (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using AjumiFlow, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the platform.

  1. Overview of the Service

AjumiFlow is a cloud-based business operations platform designed to help organizations manage workflows, communication, projects, clients, finances, and organizational data in a centralized system.

To use AjumiFlow, you must:

AjumiFlow is not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from user negligence.

  1. Subscription Plans and Payments

AjumiFlow operates on a subscription-based model. Users may select from available pricing plans as published on the platform or official website.

By subscribing, you agree to:

  • Pay all applicable fees associated with your selected plan
  • Provide valid billing information
  • Authorize recurring payments where applicable

Failure to pay may result in limited access or suspension of services.

  1. Pricing Changes

AjumiFlow reserves the right to modify pricing, subscription plans, features, or billing structures at any time.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Adjustments to monthly or annual pricing
  • Changes in feature availability per plan
  • Introduction of new pricing tiers or service models

Where possible, we may provide notice of significant changes, but pricing may be updated without prior notice based on operational, technical, or business adjustments.

Continued use of the Service after any pricing updates constitutes acceptance of the revised pricing.

  1. Additional Storage

Organizations that require additional file storage beyond the limits provided in their plan may request expanded storage directly within the platform or contact the AjumiFlow team for assistance.

Additional storage may be subject to separate pricing and approval depending on system capacity and usage requirements.

  1. Data Ownership

Users retain full ownership of all data they upload, create, or store within AjumiFlow.

However, by using the Service, you grant AjumiFlow a limited, non-exclusive license to:

  • Store and process your data
  • Display data within the platform
  • Enable platform functionality and automation
  • Maintain backups and system operations

We do not claim ownership of your business data.

  1. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property related to AjumiFlow, including software, architecture, design, branding, and system components, remains the exclusive property of Ajumi Networks.

Users may not:

  • Copy or reproduce the platform
  • Reverse engineer or modify the system
  • Create competing products based on AjumiFlow
  • Resell or redistribute access without authorization
  1. Service Availability

We strive to maintain reliable and continuous service; however, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

Downtime may occur due to:

AjumiFlow is not liable for temporary service interruptions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

AjumiFlow and Ajumi Networks shall not be liable for:

  • Business interruptions
  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Third-party system failures

Total liability is limited to the amount paid by the user in the last 12 months.

  1. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AjumiFlow and Ajumi Networks from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from:

  • Misuse of the platform
  • Violation of these Terms
  • Breach of data protection or security responsibilities
  • Unauthorized activities conducted through your account
